While directing transfer of H.M.O.P.No.69 of 2021from the file of the Principal Sub-Court, Chengalpattu to the Sub-Court, Nagapattinam, it has been stated in the order that the transfer is to the Principal Sub-Court, Nagapattinam. Confusion has arisen because there is no Principal SubCourt at Nagapattinam. Therefore, the order is modified and the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.69 of 2021 are withdrawn from the Principal Sub-Court, Chengalpattu and transferred to the Sub-Court, Nagapattinam. 2.Registry is directed to delete the word "Principal" appearing in 3rd and 4th line in 5th Paragraph of the order dated 23.11.2021 and issue a corrected copy.
