Heard Ms.E.Renganayaki, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and Mr.G.Sankaran, learned counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the first respondent does not have any serious objection for condoning the delay.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
