Learned counsel for the petitioner reports that they have no instructions from the petitioner herein.
2. The perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the petition reveals that the petitioner was an aspirant to the post of a teacher and is aggrieved against a Clause in G.O.(Ms).No.71 dated 30.05.2014 and therefore, seeks for a direction for fresh recommendation from the Committee in accordance with the National Council for Teachers Education (NCTE) notification dated 25.08.2010.

Apparently, the selection notification was of the year 2010 and at this point of time, consideration of the petitioner's candidature may not arise, when the selection process itself was over in the year 2014 and hence no interference is required to the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition.
