This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10801 of 2022 on 06.05.2022 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.7158 of 2022 on 10.06.2022 to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate VII, Coimbatore, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 5.00 p.m., until further order.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
