The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, to punish the respondents for disobeying the order of this Court in W.P.No.29703 of 2018 dated 15.11.2021.

2.It is informed that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.29703 of 2018 dated 15.11.2021 has been appealed before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.2801 of 2022 and that the Writ Appeal was admitted and interim stay has been granted. The learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to confirm the same. The submission of the learned Government Advocate for the respondent is recorded. 3.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty 2/4

to re-open the contempt petition subject to final outcome of the Writ Appeal in W.A.No.2801 of 2022.
