This petition is filed to condone the delay of 25 days in preferring the above revision.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioners.

3.The learned counsel appearing for respondent has objections in condoning the delay.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.

5.The learned counsel for petitioners submitted that the petitioner is facing threat of arrest, since the respondent had already taken steps for arrest warrant.

6.Hence, the Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order and post the same 'For Admission' on 30.07.2024.
