This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.34778 of 2013 dated 27.01.2014.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that as against the order of this Court dated 27.01.2014 in W.P.No.34778 of 2013, the Government has preferred an appeal in W.A.No.42 of 2015. Since the order of interim stay was granted in the said appeal and the same is still in force, nothing survives for adjudication in this Contempt Petition.
