The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, A1 and A2 was granted interim stay by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18945 of 2023, dated 22.08.2023 in the crime No.210 of 2023.
2. In view of the stay, the apprehension of the petitioners is that they will be arrested, since there is a stay granted by this Court, this petition is closed.
