The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the 1st respondent herein to conduct an enquiry on his representation dated 31.08.2013 as provided under Section 10 of Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act, 1983.

2. The relief sought in this Writ Petition does not arise as O.S.No.427 of 2009 filed by the petitioner with regard to partition is pending before the Sub-Court, Tambaram. Depending upon the outcome of the suit in O.S.No.427 of 2009, the case of the parties can be considered by the authority concerned under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act, within one month from the date of knowledge of the judgment and decree. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
