The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of conducting an enquiry without any warrant/summon. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.27 of 2014 for offence under Section 75 of City Police Act and 7(i)(A) of Criminal Amendment act and he was arrested and released on bail.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner shall not be unnecessarily harassed in this case. The respondent police may call the petitioner for enquiry by issuing summons to the petitioner and on receipt of summons, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the investigation.
