ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondents to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.09.2014 and to investigate the case.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that petition enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.921 of 2014. However, the petitioner has not produced any documents to substantiate his claim.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to co-operate with the enquiry and produce all the documents that are required for investigation. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondents are directed to act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
