In both the applications, injunctions had been granted on 02.09.2022 without any limiting date.

2. Notices had been directed and the learned counsel had entered appearance on behalf of the 1st to 5th respondents.

3. It is stated that the 6th respondent had refused to receive the notice.

4. At any rate, keeping the applications still on the board of this Court is of no use and since injunction order enures till the disposal of the suit, both the applications stand closed.
