ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.03.2015 and to investigate the case.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. It appears that petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.137 of 2015 on a complaint lodged by the petitioner. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry in the above CSR and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the second respondent is directed to act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
