2 SUKANYA JESMINE Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for complying the conditional order passed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.1829 of 2021 dated 27.04.2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.SARFUDEEN ALI AHAMED, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 27.04.2021 , this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserves to be considered favourably.
