Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is the Claimant before the Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal / learned Special Subordinate Judge, Dharmapuri.

2. This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 773 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.72596 of 2024.

3. Learned Counsel for the 2nd Respondent is present in Court and has no objection provided that the interest for the period of delay of 773 days is waived.

4. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed and the delay of 773 days is condoned on condition that the Petitioner is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 773 days.

5. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order, and to print the name of the learned Counsel for the 2nd Respondent in the Appeal, when the Appeal is listed before this Court.
