This petition is filed by the petitioner / petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 61 days in filing the Review Petition against the order dated 02.12.2019 passed in W.P. No. 33630 of 2019.

2. Heard both sides. The learned counsel for the respondents has stated no objection for ordering this petition.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly, ordered.
