The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) reports that the petitioner herein was arrested on execution of Non-Bailable Warrant and remanded to judicial custody in C.C.No.7429 of 2006 on the file of the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

2. In view of the above fact, nothing survives in the anticipatory bail petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
