ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who were arrested by the respondent police for an offence under Sections 406, 420, 468 & 471 of I.P.C in Crime No.19 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is the case of the prosecution that petitioner/A1 gave a false assurance to the defacto complainant and her husband that he would get a job for the defacto comlainant through his friends. Believing the words of A1, the defacto complainant gave a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- to A1 in the presence of A2 & A3. Thereafter A1 also received another sum of Rs. 6,00,000/- from the defacto complainant. The defacto complainant was cheated totally for a sum of Rs.12,00,000/- by the petitioners. Hence the defacto complainant lodged a complaint against the petitioners.

3. It is seen from records that this is the second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner/A1. The previous order, dismissing the Criminal Original petition in Crl.O.P.No.13494 of 2021 was passed by this Court on 04.08.2021.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous order was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no change of circumstances arises for considering the second anticipatory bail petition. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
