2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the student has already completed the course and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No Costs. Consequently,connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
