ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.03.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint dated 09.03.2015 given by the petitioner was enquired into and the same has been closed on 25.03.2015. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law. If the petitioner is aggrieved and not allotted a house, he can make a revision to the District Collector of the concerned District.
