7.Professor and Head Department of Legal Studies : Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing respondents No.6 and 7 to conduct all the M.L. (Private Study) Courses as it violates Notification and Circulars of the Respondents No.2 3 and 5 and ultra virus to provisions of the University Grants Commission (Open and Distance Learning Programmes and Online Programmes) Regulations 2020 and consequently direct respondents No.6 and 7 to repay collected fees from the students within stipulated time.
