ORDER
Seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 19/02/2015 pending on his file, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that a case has been registered in Crime No.79/2015 for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(i) IPC, on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.02.2015. The said statement is recorded.
