2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.Inasmuch as the representation of the petitioner dated 12.10.2020 is pending consideration with the first respondent, we call upon the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
