This application has been filed by the Finance Company seeking to raise the order of attachment dated 28.09.2021 made in Application No.71 of 2021. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that pursuant to the order of attachment, the respondent herein has settled his dues to the applicant and therefore, there are no dues to be recovered from the respondent. 3.Recording the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and considering that the entire dispute has been settled between the parties, the order of attachment dated 28.09.2021 is raised. 4.Registry is directed to communicate this order through the Court of District Judge, Khordha, Bhubaneswar, Odisha and also communicate to SRO-Balaianta at Garasrirampur, Odisha.
