According to the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, in pursuant to the interim directions of this Court, the respondent has revised it's stand and granted planning permission to the petitioner and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents also reiterated the said submission.
3. In view of the above, no further orders are necessary and therefore, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
