We have heard Mr.V.Raghupathy, learned counsel for the applicants.

2. It is submitted that in the pendency of the present appeal, the sole appellant has died.

The application is filed for bringing the legal representatives on record.

3. Heard Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate (HR & CE) for first respondent and Mr.R.Mahalingam, learned counsel for the second respondent.

4. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The applicants are permitted to be brought on record as representatives of the sole appellant for prosecuting the present appeal.
