ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 27.4.2026.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the 1st respondent had duly considered the petitioner's representation and rejected the same vide order dated 06.05.2026. Hence, he requests this Court to close this petition.

3. Today, none appeared for the petitioner. In view of the above, it appears that the petitioner's representation was already rejected by the respondents and nothing survives in this petition. Therefore, that may be the reason for non-appearance of the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, it is clear that no useful purpose will be served by keeping this matter pending. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No cost. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
