This application is filed to bring on record the respondents 8 to 10 herein as legal representatives of the deceased first defendant.

2. The dispute is between the partners of the partnership firm. The respondents in this application have no objection to this application being allowed.

3. Accordingly, this application is allowed by directing that the legal heirs be brought on record as defendants 12 to 14. Consequently, the plaintiff is directed to carry out the amendments in the plaint on or before 06.12.2022 and serve a copy of the amended plaint on the other parties within a week thereafter.
