This revision challenges the order of learned VII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai passed in I.A.No.1611 of 2014 in O.S.No.11879 of 2010 on 09.03.2015.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioners.

3. The petitioners moved I.A.No.1611 of 2014 seeking receipt of additional documents. By order dated 09.03.2015, the court below permitted receipt of two documents, which were receipts of date prior to the suit but taking into consideration the contention of the defendants that the other documents which were post date of suit were concocted, dismissed the application there regards. The two prior suit documents wee permitted to be marked subject to proof and relevancy. Informing the documents permitted as numbering 1 and 7 in the order of Court below is an apparent mistake for 1 and 2.

4. It is brought to the notice by learned counsel for petitioner that the documents 12 and 13, sought to be marked were fair and decreetal Order of Court. We do not find any reason to interfere, since the said documents 12

and 13, being public documents, certified copies thereof, can well be marked at the stage of recording of evidence.

5. The Civil Revision Petition stand dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 12.07.2016 Index:yes/no Internet:yes vrc To The VII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.
