A3/1667/2014-1 dated 21.10.2014, quash both the orders and consequently direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioners in the panel for promotion to the post of Headmaster drawn for the year 2008 in the appropriate place, confer notional promotion to them to the post of Headmaster of High School on par with their juniors as per the order passed by the Government in GO Ms. No.60 ADW Department dt 07.06.2010 and also to promote them to the post of Headmaster of Higher Secondary School with all consequential service and monetary benefits.
