This application is filed to bring on record the respondents 4 to 6 herein as legal representatives of the deceased first respondent.

2. The dispute is between the partners of the partnership firm. The respondents in this application have no objection to this application being allowed.

3. Accordingly, this application is allowed by directing that the legal heirs be brought on record as prayed for. Consequently, the petitioner is directed to carry out the amendments in the cause title of the petition on or before 06.12.2022 and serve a copy of the amended petition on the other parties within a week thereafter.
