This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 2 to take appropriate legal action against the communication issued by then Dean of Medical College, 4th Respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka. 5962/ Ni1/ 1/ 2024 dated 24.01.2025 and further to conclude the enquiry initiated in pursuance to representation for equal distribution of work amount the teaching faculties in Anatomy Department as well as the acts of personal harassment and defamatory allegations made against the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders, in consideration of representation submitted by the petitioner dated 05.01.2026.
