This application is filed to bring on record the respondents 5 to 7 herein as legal representatives of the deceased first respondent.

2. The dispute is between the partners of the partnership firm. The respondents in this application have no objection to this application being allowed.

3. Accordingly, this application is allowed by directing that the legal heirs be brought on record as prayed for. Consequently, the applicant is directed to carry out the amendments in the cause title of A.No.7719 of 2018 on or before 06.12.2022 and serve a copy of the amended application on the other parties within a week thereafter.

4. List A.No.7719 of 2018 on 14.12.2022.
