The petitioner seeks an injunction restraining the respondents from interfering with her possession of the suit property.

2. The respondents had already filed a suit in O.S.No.4282 of 2022 seeking eviction of the petitioner from the suit property and the said suit has also been decreed. As against the said decree, the petitioner has filed A.S.No.929 of 2024 and today, we have granted stay of execution of the said decree. Hence, this petition is dismissed as redundant.
