ORDER
Heard Mr.J.S.Arunkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.
2. The petitioner seeks for the issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 24.01.2015.
3. Admittedly, no person has got any vested right to erect a Statue to a leader in public land. Therefore, no writ of mandamus can be issued regarding the same. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. However, the dismissal of this writ petition will not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
prevent the petitioner from approaching the concerned authority to seek appropriate remedy. No costs.
