(ORDER OF THE COURT WAS MADE BY M.DURAISWAMY, J.) The petitioners, who are the auction purchasers, have filed the above Civil Miscellaneous Petition to grant leave to them to file the Civil Revision Petition challenging the order dated 01.05.2019 in S.A.No.55 of 2019 on the file of the Debts Recovery Tribunal II, Chennai.

2. Though the petitioners have purchased the property in the auction, the borrowers filed an appeal in S.A.No.55 of 2019 challenging the E-auction sale notice without making the auction purchasers as parties.

3. The auction purchasers are proper and necessary parties. In

such view of the matter, we grant leave to the petitioners to file the Civil Revision Petition challenging the order passed in S.A.No.55 of 2019.
