ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned Government Pleader appearing for first two respondents states that he has verified the position and the order dated 18.01.2013 passed by the second respondent has to be implemented. On our query, he states that they will implement the order in one month's time. The aforesaid statement is taken on record with which the respondents shall remain bound.
