ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 25.02.2016 on the file of the respondent police. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/State.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner is pending enquiry with Kadambathur Police Station and that the petitioner is not cooperating in the enquiry.

The petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Kadambathur Police Station and cooperate in the enquiry and the Inspector of Police, Kadambathur Police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Station is directed to expeditiously conduct enquiry and either file a final report or close the case, under due intimation to the petitioner.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
