Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 116 days in filing the appeals.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent has not raised any serious objection in allowing these petitions.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits, filed in support of the petitions, the petitions are allowed and the delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeals, if they are otherwise in order, and list the appeals for admission on 11.11.2021.
