The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 23.01.2013 passed in WP.No.1723 of 2013.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent produced a copy of the communication in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Na.Ka.No.F2/30422/2013 dated 02.12.2013 sent by the Principal Secretary and Commissioner of Land

Administration, Chepauk, Chennai and submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with.
