These petitions have been filed to relax the condition viz., the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for PMLA Cases, Chennai at 10.00 a.m., on all working days, until further orders, which is passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.22385, 22387 & 10562 of 2023 by a common order dated 31.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for PMLA Cases, Chennai on every first working day of English Calender Month, until further orders.
