Respondents in W.P.Nos.1180 and 1181 of 2012 COMMON PRAYER: Writ petitions have been filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records pertaining to the Nos.2011F0025, 2011G0081 and 2011F0042, 2011G013, dated 23.03.2011 and 13.05.2011 respectively, issued by the 2nd respondent, quash the same to the extent it did not reserve one vacancy for Blind candidates for the post of Post Graduate Teacher for the subject of Commerce and direct the respondents to follow the reservation policy for the Blind as per the Government Orders for the said posts.
