The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent herein to give necessary police protection to the life and property of the petitioner and his family members.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) representing the respondents.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Pondy) would submit that investigation has been conducted in F.I.R.No.25 of 2015 and the police have come to the conclusion that the allegations in the FIR are false.
