The present writ petition is filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.07.2015 and to dispose

of the revision petition dated 12.08.2014 filed by the petitioner.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that aggrieved by the order of the third respondent dated 29.04.2013 in fixation of salary, the petitioner preferred a revision petition before the first respondent on 12.08.2014. Since, it was not disposed of, he has come up with the present writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.R.Karthikeyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.L.P.Shanmuga Sundaram, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the first respondent to dispose of the revision petition dated 12.08.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
