The petitioner seeks direction upon the third respondent to register the case on his complaint, dated 09.05.2014, and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent/Police and also perused the petitioner's complaint. 3.

As the allegation made in the complaint reveals the civil transaction entered into between the parties(viz. the landlord and tenant), no positive direction, can be issued, as sought for by the petitioner in this Petition, for, no criminal offence is made out.

4. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, granting liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
