O R D E R
The petitioner made a representation on 27.10.2015 to the second respondent seeking appropriate action in accordance with the Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 on the ground that the inter-se dispute between petitioner on one hand and the opposite party on the other hand has ended in favour of the petitioner by the order passed by the Apex Court, by which the judgment and decree rendered by this Court in S.A.No.1458 of 2007 was confirmed. dated 27.10.2015, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3.Taking note of the pendency of the petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2015, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and private parties including the parties who executed the document and the other parties in whose favour they are executed.
