ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to complete the trial proceedings pending in S.T.C.No.121 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Puducherry, within the time stipulated by this Court.

Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Puducherry, to complete the trial in S.T.C.No.121 of 2018, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the trial.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
