the petitioner that he reports no instruction in this matter. Thereafter, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list. Accordingly, Registry has printed the name of the petitioner in the cause list on the earlier hearing date i.e. on 04.02.2020. Even on 04.02.2020, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
