This Petition is filed, seeking direction on the second respondent to register the complaint, dated 16.03.2015, given by the petitioner, and to investigate the same in accordance with law. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent/Police.

On a perusal of the petitioner's complaint, dated 16.03.2015, it appears that earlier the petitioner had lodged complaint on 24.01.2014, before the respondent/Police, alleging that the proposed accused had sold his portion of the land, and in pursuance of the said erstwhile complaint, both parties were called for enquiry by the respondent/Police, where, a compromise was arrived at between the parties, viz. complainant/petitioner herein and the accused. As the accused person has not acted as per the terms of the compromise, as agreed upon by him, the petitioner has lodged the present complaint.

As the matter essentially appears to be civil in nature, no positive direction, as sought for herein, can be issued.
