ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 392 r/w 397,506(ii) of I.P.C r/w 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(A) of NDPS Act in Crime No.183 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner robbed a sum of Rs.2,500/- from the defacto complainant at knife point and he was in possession of 500 grams of Ganja. Hence the present petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that already the petitioner was granted bail in another case and after the acquittal he has committed the present crime. Apart from that there are 9 previous cases pending against the petitioner, hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5.Considering the facts of the case and the previous cases similar in nature pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
